Full-Time Graphic Designer (Tech & AI Savvy)

JOB TITLE: Full-Time Graphic Designer
SHIFT: 8:20 AM EST – 4:20 PM EST (Monday–Friday) Note: The 8:20 AM EST clock-in time is strict and essential for this role.
HOURS: 40 Hours per Week
SALARY: $400 USD per Month

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are a US-based digital marketing agency looking for a creative, forward-thinking Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our team.
We need someone to handle our day-to-day Graphic Design needs, spanning both Print and Digital mediums. We highly prefer someone who can work comfortably and efficiently within Canva for regular digital assets, but you must still be fully proficient with Adobe software (like Photoshop and Illustrator) for complex design layouts.

Strong Communicator: Excellent English communication skills are required. We hold quick, daily meetings for project reviews where clear updates are crucial.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
GRAPHIC DESIGN (PRINT & DIGITAL): You will handle all visual assets. This includes designing Print materials (flyers, menus, brochures with correct CMYK/bleeds) and Digital assets (social media posts, ad banners, thumbnails) using a mix of Canva and Adobe software.

BRANDING: Ensure all designs match our brand guidelines.

COLLABORATIVE REVIEW: Join daily meetings to present your work, take direction, and adjust designs based on team feedback.


REQUIREMENTS:
> Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Mandatory), while also being highly comfortable working in Canva for design planning, presentations, collaborative work, and quicker tasks.
> Proven experience in producing both high-quality print files and digital assets.
> Comfortable utilizing AI technology within your creative and design workflows.
> Good spoken and written English communication skills.
> Reliable PC and Internet connection capable of running heavy design software and stable video calls smoothly.
> Web Design Experience (Plus): Basic knowledge or experience designing and updating responsive website pages using WordPress and Elementor is a huge plus, though not mandatory.
