Hiring an Appointment Setter

40 Hours, Full Time Work

I'm looking for someone to call for 7-8 hours during the hours of 8am to 5pm in the Eastern Time Zone. I need someone who is diligent, very detail oriented, and will not waste any of my potential leads. You must speak good English and be willing to keep people on the phone, ask lots of questions, show interest and act curious while on the calls.

WOULD HIGHLY PREFER APPLICANTS WHO HAVE DONE OUTBOUND COLD CALLING IN A CALL CENTRE BEFORE SUCH AS CALL BOX.

Top Tasks:
- Create a well-crafted script that highlights the unique selling points and value propositions
- Make outbound calls to the leads on your prospect list. Introduce yourself, the company, and the purpose of the call.
- Determine if the prospect is a good fit by evaluating the criterias we set.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up process with prospects who require nurturing or additional information.
- Set appointments where my clients will step in to close a deal.

Pay:
You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on job post), but there is a lot of potential to grow with bonuses.
You will be paid based on hours worked.
You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
