Job Vacancy: Full-Time Accountant with Admin & Tech Support
We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Accountant to join our dynamic team full-time. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in QuickBooks, in-depth knowledge of Excel, and experience with Zoho CRM. You should be proficient in financial reporting and possess excellent administrative and sales support skills. You will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, preparing detailed financial reports, and providing general administrative support to the sales team. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations using QuickBooks.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, utilizing advanced Excel functions.
Manage and update records in Zoho CRM.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Assist in general office tasks and tech support as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with QuickBooks.
In-depth knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
Experience with Zoho CRM.
Strong financial reporting skills.
Excellent administrative and sales support capabilities.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
