Full-Stack Web Developer, front-end development, CMS integration, and SEO optimization

Project Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to help us enhance our existing web app by moving our landing page and all text pages to a Content Management System (CMS) to improve SEO optimization and increase flexibility. Below are the specific requirements:
Project Requirements:

New Landing Page Design:
Develop a new landing page that closely follows the style and design of our current landing page.
The landing page will feature a Call to Action (CTA) leading to our web app and will include the following 5 sections:
Build your itinerary
Popular itineraries
Why book on Tukio
Our destinations
Testimonials

Text Pages:
Create simple pages for all the text content, including:
FAQ
Terms and Conditions (T&C)
Tukio for travel agents, etc.

Page Templates:
Develop customizable page templates for:
Destinations
Popular Itineraries

Mailchimp Integration:
Integrate Mailchimp to facilitate email address collection and manage mailing lists.

GDPR Compliance:
Implement Cookiebot or a similar tool to ensure GDPR compliance on the website.

Technical Requirements:

CMS Preference:
We are prioritizing user-friendliness and SEO-readiness in selecting the CMS. While we currently run our blog on WordPress and merging the two could be advantageous, we are open to other CMS platforms that meet these requirements.

Content Structure:
The content structure should mirror our current landing page but be broken down into the specified sections mentioned above.

Mobile Responsiveness:
Mobile responsiveness is a top priority; the landing page and all templates must be optimized for performance across all devices.

SEO Setup:
Our internal team will handle content-related SEO, but we require the CMS to be set up in a way that allows for easy management of on-site SEO settings (e.g., H1 tags, image descriptions, meta tags). The technical SEO setup should be fully covered.

Timeline:

We are aiming for a launch within 2 weeks, so the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines is crucial.

Ideal Freelancer:

Extensive experience with WordPress and other popular CMS platforms.
Strong skills in front-end development, particularly in creating responsive designs.
Proficiency in integrating third-party tools like Mailchimp and Cookiebot.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, both on-page and technical.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
