Full-Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement functional software solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals.
-Build data pipelines, dashboards, and data entry systems that are secure, intuitive, and robust.
-Collaborate with senior management to design and execute software solutions in an agile development cycle.
-Ensure high-quality, scalable, and compliant codebase.
-Engage in planning, project management, and occasional administrative tasks.

Time Allocation:
-60-70%: Direct individual contribution to software development.
-20-30%: Project planning and management.
-10%: Meetings and administrative activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience developing web-based software.
-Proficiency in at least one web framework (e.g., Next.js, Ruby on Rails, Django).
-Familiarity with the agile development model.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience working with agricultural producers.
-Frontend design expertise.
-Proven track record of building software for non-technical users.
