: Full-Stack Platform Builder (Founding Engineer) — Build & Ship the Headlinerz Platform

We’re building the #1 international virtual platform for independent music artists. This is not a funnel job and not a “VA who can code.” We need a real full-stack builder who can architect, build, and ship a production platform end-to-end.

We are also hiring a separate role for GoHighLevel + Automations + CRM + AI workflows. Your job is the core product platform.

What you’ll build (core platform)

Artist onboarding + profile system (public directory + profile pages)

Membership tiers (free + paid), gated access, upgrades/downgrades

Payments + subscriptions via Stripe (webhooks + entitlements)

Creator/admin dashboard (manage artists, content, access, approvals)

Content delivery (courses/resources) + progress tracking (if required)

Integrations: CRM + automations via webhooks/APIs (GHL, Make/Zapier/n8n)

Analytics + event tracking for growth and retention

Responsibilities

Own architecture + implementation (frontend, backend, database, auth, billing)

Ship MVP fast, then iterate with clean releases

Build maintainable code with documentation, predictable patterns, and testing where it matters

Set up deployments + environments (staging/prod), error monitoring, and reliability basics

Coordinate integrations with our automation specialist (you’re not doing both jobs)

Requirements (non-negotiable)

You must have real proof you’ve shipped web apps in production.

React / Next.js (strong frontend fundamentals)

Backend in Node.js/TypeScript or Python (either is fine if you’re strong)

Postgres/MySQL database design + migrations

Auth + roles/permissions (free vs paid tiers)

Stripe subscriptions + webhooks + access gating/entitlements

Bonus (nice to have)

Built membership/creator/community platforms before

Search (Algolia/Meilisearch/Postgres full-text)

Background jobs/queues, Redis, caching

Observability (Sentry/Datadog), audit logs

Security fundamentals (OWASP, rate limiting)
