Full Stack Developer & AI Workflow Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer & AI Workflow Automation Specialist who can bring their expertise in n8n, LangChain, AWS, and other automation platforms to build robust AI agents and workflows.

Position Summary
This role requires a hands-on full stack and API developer who is proficient with automation workflows, AI development, and deploying production-ready applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end workflows and AI solutions using n8n, LangChain, Pinecone, OpenAI, and other advanced automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop, manage, and implement automated workflows in n8n, Bolt.New, and other workflow automation platforms, ensuring integration with other systems and APIs.
-Design and deploy AI agents using LangSmith, LangChain, and OpenAI, integrating these agents into dynamic workflows.
-Utilize Pinecone and SWARM technologies to build advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and intelligent data retrieval agents.
-Build and manage API integrations to support custom functionality within workflows and applications.
-Set up and optimize AWS environments for scalable workflow automation and AI-driven applications.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative AI workflows and solutions that support -our broader technology goals.
-Debug and troubleshoot any issues within workflows, APIs, or automation scripts to maintain a seamless user experience.
-Research and implement new technologies to continuously improve and evolve our AI and automation capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
-Full Stack Development: Strong background in both front-end and back-end development, including experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
-API Development and Integration: Proven experience in developing and integrating APIs within complex workflows and applications.
-Automation and Workflow Tools: Proficiency in n8n, Bolt.New, or similar automation platforms, with a deep understanding of workflow design and process automation.
-AI/ML Experience: Familiarity with OpenAI and LangChain for building language model-driven applications and AI agents.
-Knowledge of Pinecone and RAG: Ability to set up and use Pinecone for embedding storage and retrieval, with experience in RAG frameworks and SWARM AI systems.
-AWS Experience: Proficient in setting up and managing AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2) to support workflow automation, data storage, and API deployment.
-LangSmith & LangChain: Experience with AI agent building platforms, particularly for integrating AI agents into production workflows.
-App Development: Experience with building, deploying, and managing applications with scalable and modular architectures.
-Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within workflows and applications.
-Excellent Communication: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, sharing complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Preferred Skills
-Experience with SWARM AI models and multi-agent systems.
-Familiarity with Bolt.New, Pinecone, or other database systems for large-scale data handling.
-Knowledge of security best practices in API and workflow automation.
