Full-Stack AI SaaS Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to take complete ownership of building our AI-Powered Sales Automation SaaS. This is a solo developer role, meaning you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the entire platform from backend to frontend. You should be comfortable working independently, problem-solving, and delivering a fully functional MVP within the planned timeline.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a scalable SaaS platform from scratch, including backend, frontend, and AI integrations.
Build and deploy AI-powered features such as lead generation, automated email responses, call transcription, and sentiment analysis using OpenAI and Google APIs.

Implement user authentication, subscription management, and secure payment processing.
Develop and optimize a responsive, modern dashboard UI for users to interact with AI-driven sales tools.
Deploy and manage the application on DigitalOcean, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and updates.
Integrate email automation, CRM, and analytics tools for sales tracking and engagement.
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure high performance.

Required Skills & Technologies
Backend: Ruby on Rails (or Node.js), PostgreSQL, RESTful API development
Frontend: React.js or Vue.js, TailwindCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
AI & APIs: OpenAI (GPT, Whisper), Google Cloud APIs (Speech-to-Text, NLP, etc.)
Infrastructure & DevOps: DigitalOcean, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar), Nginx
Security & Authentication: OAuth, JWT, Stripe/PayPal integration for subscriptions
Database & Storage: PostgreSQL, Redis, Firebase (for real-time interactions if needed)
Version Control: Git, GitHub

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in end-to-end SaaS development (from backend to frontend).
Experience working with AI-powered applications and APIs.
Ability to work independently and manage the full development cycle.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Knowledge of agile development practices and task management (Trello experience is a plus).
Prior experience with sales automation, CRM, or marketing SaaS tools is a bonus.

Project Timeline
You will be expected to deliver the MVP within 2-3 months, with an additional month for testing, deployment, and final refinements. The roadmap includes:

Month 1: Planning, backend setup, AI model integration
Month 2: Frontend development, dashboard, user authentication
Month 3: Testing, debugging, and initial user testing
Month 4: Final refinements, security enhancements, launch
