About the Role:

We’re seeking a Full Stack AI Developer to join our team and work on AI-Ag, an agritech platform that leverages AI to enhance crop recommendations. We are transitioning from a fixed logic system to an AI-driven model and need a skilled developer to lead the AI implementation and integration with our existing infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and implement an AI model/AI agent to replace our fixed logic recommendation system.
- Integrate the AI system with our Google Cloud-based API and database.
- Collaborate with our Product Manager and UX Designer to refine the recommendation process.
- Optimize AI-driven recommendations for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Maintain and improve backend systems, API connections, and data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy enhancements to ensure system reliability.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Proficiency in Python for AI development and backend functionality.
- Experience in AI/ML model development (recommendation engines preferred).
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, Firestore, Vertex AI, APIs).
- Strong backend development experience (FastAPI, Flask, Django, etc.).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, database integration, and microservices.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

- Knowledge of AI-driven recommendation systems or an interest in learning them.
- Experience in agriculture technology or data-driven decision systems.
- Frontend skills (React, Vue, or similar) to support full-stack tasks.
