Full Cycle Revenue Billing Specialist

We are seeking a Full Cycle Revenue Billing Specialist with experience in the U.S. healthcare system. This remote position involves handling all aspects of billing, from claim creation to payment posting and issue resolution. The role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be speaking with patients and insurance companies over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full billing cycle, including claim generation, follow-ups, and payment posting.
Communicate with patients and insurance providers to resolve billing inquiries and payment issues.
Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations, including accurate coding and HIPAA adherence.
Troubleshoot denied claims and collaborate with insurance and patients for resolution.
Provide excellent customer service via phone to clarify bills and payment options.
Requirements:

Prior experience in U.S. healthcare billing and revenue cycle management.
Comfortable speaking on the phone with patients and insurance companies.
Clear and professional communication, with a good accent.
Reliable internet and phone for remote work.
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours and some weekends
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Preferred:

Experience with healthcare billing software.
Knowledge of insurance processes and claim troubleshooting.
