Front End Web Developer

We Get You Leads is a data-driven marketing agency specializing in helping home service companies thrive. Our team creates innovative, high-converting digital experiences, and we’re looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to bring our designs to life with exceptional code.

About the Role

As our Front-End Developer, you’ll work closely with our design team to build and optimize responsive, user-friendly websites. You’ll be responsible for transforming high-fidelity mockups into pixel-perfect, functional code while ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless integration with analytics and tracking tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Translate Figma designs into responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure seamless user experiences.
Optimize websites for performance and accessibility.
Implement tracking and analytics tools like Google Tag Manager.
Stay current with best practices in front-end development and web technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of front-end development experience.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS (including preprocessors like Sass), and JavaScript (frameworks like React or Vue.js are a plus).
Experience with responsive and cross-browser web development.
Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.
Familiarity with integrating third-party tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
Basic knowledge of back-end development or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Understanding of A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
