Front End Team Manager - Full Stack Developer

SUMMARY
We are seeking a seasoned Front End Team/Project Manager with a robust Full Stack Development background to lead our dynamic team in creating cutting-edge Shopify E-commerce solutions and Direct Response Marketing sales flows. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced highly professional environment that will be at the helm of project execution and leading a talented team of developers. Skilled at the integration of best practices in .js, .css, Ajax, HTML, PHP, MySQL, and jQuery.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the front-end development team, ensuring the timely delivery of projects with a sharp focus on quality, functionality, and user experience.
- Spearhead the planning, execution, and success of complex technical sales flows related to Shopify E-commerce and Direct Response Marketing. CRM is CheckOutChamp for our Order forms and DRM flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and produce new features and functionality.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and teaUpgrade to see actual infomber growth.
- Conduct sales flow tests and ensure all aspects of the flow are stable and working.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risk assessments, reporting regularly on project status to executive management.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in leading development teams.
- Professional knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PHP, MYSQL, Ajax, and jQuery.
- Experience with Shopify E-commerce platform development and Direct Response Marketing Upgrade to see actual infoeckOutChamp is our CRM and backend to the Shopify .liquid PDP pages and DRM Sales Flows.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and project management skills, capable of leading teams to successful outcomes.

RATE
- Base rate $ 5.00 - $ 8.50+ per hour depending on experience,
communication, and dedication to the team, company, and its assets. This
is Full Time and we would expect you to keep the focus on our company
and projects 100%
** The potential for a full-time salaried position is also possible with the 13th month **
- Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00 pm-3:00 am PST (8 am-3 pm AST/EST). Hours can be flexible but availability from 10 pm - 12 am PST is required.
- Payments: Bi-monthly via Upgrade to see actual info direct deposit to your bank.
- Hourly Time tracking via HubStaff or
- Initially the first 2-3 weeks, payments will be made via PayPal. Once onboarding is complete, we will move to weekly/bi-weekly bank direct deposits.
- Raises and Bonuses are given throughout the year based on performance and dedication.
