Freelance Web/Graphic designer (Figma + WordPress)

About Us:
We are a property agency seeking a talented freelance web designer/developer to bring our landing page and website vision to life. We’re launching a VSL funnel and need someone with strong design skills and technical know-how to deliver a smooth, conversion-focused user experience, to generate strong warm/hot leads (landlords). *Note – it is a simple funnel.

Project Overview:
This is a one-off project involving both design and implementation.

VSL Landing Page
• Design a high-converting VSL (Video Sales Letter) landing page in Figma.
• Implement the design into our WordPress site (Elementor or custom, depending on your recommendation).
• Ensure full mobile responsiveness and fast load speed.
• Integrate all necessary backend features including:
• Embedded video
• Opt-in form (email collection or lead gen)
• Calendly or other scheduling tool
• Testimonials/Trust blocks
• Countdown timers or urgency elements (if recommended)
• Tracking pixels (Meta, Google, etc.)
• AI chat or chatbot integration (if suitable), and any other recommendations

Company Website Design & Development
• Design a page brochure-style website using the same theme, fonts, and branding as the VSL page.
• Pages: Home, About Us, Services, Contact, Blog/Resources (optional) maybe all on one page but every element is underneath as you scroll.
• Develop the site on WordPress
• SEO-friendly structure and performance optimisation

Who We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience in Figma (design portfolio required)
• Skilled in WordPress (Elementor, Webflow, or custom builds)
• Able to implement modern, conversion-focused design practices
• Good understanding of sales funnels and user psychology
• Bonus: Familiarity with integrating AI tools, chatbots, or dynamic elements
• Excellent English communication

Timeline:
• Start ASAP
• Project completion within 3–4 weeks (flexible depending on scope and communication)
