Position: Freelance Training Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Freelance Training Manager to lead and manage our entire learning function. This key role will involve the creation, delivery, and management of training programs, ensuring consistent and high-quality education across our team.


What You'll Be Doing:

Develop a comprehensive training roadmap and content library.
Deliver live virtual and in-person training sessions, both on-demand and regularly scheduled.
Implement ongoing assessments (e.g., 100/100 system) and report on training effectiveness.
Maintain and improve training resources to ensure they stay relevant and effective.
Who We're Looking For:

Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
Proven experience in L&D or Media Production training.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
A proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Offer and Workload:
$40 per hour | 10 hours per week
