Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Utilize sourcing tools, platforms, and social media channels to generate leads and build talent pipelines.
Communicate with potential candidates to assess their skills, interest, and availability.
Create and manage a database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Write and post clear, engaging job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, including metrics such as lead generation and candidate conversion rates.
Collaborate with recruiters and clients to understand specific hiring needs.

Requirements
Proven experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and programs (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and persistently to attract and engage candidates.
Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage sourcing analytics and candidate databases.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
