What You’ll Be Doing
As a Virtual Assistant (VA) for Data Input & Forecasting, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial data is accurate, timely, and organised to support decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:

? Data Entry & Organisation: Input and reconcile financial data from Xero, Google Sheets, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
? Financial Reporting Support: Assist in preparing financial summaries, dashboards, and reports.
? Forecasting Assistance: Work with pre-built forecasting models, input updated figures, and flag potential cash flow risks.
? Trend & Variance Analysis: Identify discrepancies or trends in financial data and highlight insights.
? Administrative Support: Manage document organisation, process automation, and research to streamline financial workflows.

What We’re Looking For
???? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input and reconciliation
???? Experience using Xero, Google Sheets, and/or other financial tools (Bonus if you have experience with eCommerce platforms)
???? Ability to work with financial data and assist in forecasting
???? Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
???? Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently
???? A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and workflows
???? Previous experience in eCommerce finance, bookkeeping, or virtual assistance is a plus
