Position: Flutter & Firebase Developer (Full-Time Potential)
What You’ll Do:
• Debug & Optimize – Identify and fix bugs to improve app performance and user experience.
• Feature Enhancements – Develop new functionalities that streamline workflows for realtors.
• Firebase Integration – Manage backend services, authentication, and database connections.
• Performance & UX Improvements – Ensure the app runs smoothly with a great user experience.
• Long-Term Development – Maintain and update the app as we scale and add new features.

What We’re Looking For:
• Flutter & Firebase expertise – Proven experience with real-world projects (portfolio required).
• Experience with media-heavy apps – Knowledge of handling images, uploads, and real estate apps is a big plus.
• API & Database Integration – Experience with Firestore, Google Cloud functions, and API integrations.
• Problem Solver & Self-Starter – Ability to work independently and deliver quality results.
• Strong English communication skills – Must be able to collaborate effectively with our US-based team.

Work Setup & Compensation:
• Work Hours: Flexible, but must have some overlap with US EST business hours for meetings.
• Location: 100% Remote
• Salary: Competitive & based on experience.
• Employment Type: Project-based to start, transitioning to full-time for the right candidate.
