Position Overview:
As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver seamless, scalable, and robust mobile applications.

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Stay up-to-date with new mobile development trends and technologies.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:
Experience:
5 years of Flutter development experience
5 years of mobile app development experience.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Flutter and Dart programming language.
Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and UI/UX design principles.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Experience with both iOS and Android platforms.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:
Experience with Firebase, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin) development is a plus.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
