We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our executive team. Responsibilities:
Strategic Recommendations:
Identify trends, key metrics, and opportunities for business growth based on data-driven analysis.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the CEO to optimize operations, revenue, and profitability.
Research market trends, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks to support strategic planning.
Syndication Coordination:
Coordinate syndication activities, including preparing documentation and facilitating communication between lenders and investors.
Process syndication payments from lenders and distribute syndication payments to investors in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with syndication agreements and regulatory requirements.
Commissions Management:
Calculate and manage commission payments
Track commission structures and ensure accurate and timely disbursement.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare detailed financial reports
Generate reports on syndication activities, providing insights into performance and projections.
Create reports, charts, and presentations that effectively communicate findings to executives and stakeholders.
Excel Proficiency:
Utilize advanced Excel functions for financial analysis and reporting.
Build and maintain spreadsheets to streamline financial processes and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in financial management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and complex formulas).
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
