ABOUT PESTLAUNCH
PestLaunch helps pest control business owners build better businesses.
Most of our clients are between $300,000 and $3,000,000 in annual revenue. They are great operators, but many lack financial visibility, reporting systems, accountability, and operational structure.
Our mission is simple: Help pest control owners grow faster, become more profitable, and gain clarity in their business.
We do this through implementation, dashboards, scorecards, financial reporting, operational systems, hiring systems, and business coaching.
Unlike most consultants, we don't just tell clients what to do. We help build the systems that make it happen.
As we continue growing, we're looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to own the financial reporting layer inside PestLaunch and support multiple pest control clients through our OS.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Your job is to ensure every PestLaunch client has accurate, clean, current financial data so we can help them make better business decisions.
