Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical in delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Excel, a strong foundation in accounting principles and GAAP, and the ability to transform financial data into actionable intelligence. You will work closely with leadership to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, dynamic charts, macros, and complex formulas.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with remote teams in a global setting is preferred.
