Job Summary:
Pocket PA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Virtual Assistant to support our financial processes and client management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client data, processing financial information, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Input and manage client information in Evernote and Clientflow (CRM system).
• Utilize Quickli to assess clients' borrowing capacity and identify suitable banks for their needs.
• Review all financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to banks.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, transactions, and document submissions.
• Assist in tracking the progress of client deals through the financing process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals.
• Provide administrative support for finance-related tasks and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in finance, banking, or administrative support roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Evernote and Clientflow is an advantage.
• Experience with financial assessment tools like Quickli is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
• Background in financial services or loan processing.
• Understanding of banking and loan processes.
• Experience in working with remote teams.
