Thank you for considering a career with FirmOS Inc. We are looking for a proactive and strategic Finance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in financial automation, bookkeeping, and administrative support. This hybrid role requires strong financial expertise combined with organizational and HR management skills. Candidates must be available from 12 PM to 8 PM EST. It offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing relationships with accounting firm owners and fractional CFOs.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Finance Specialist at FirmOS, you will be responsible for managing bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and financial automation, while also supporting leadership with HR processes and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include:

Manage bookkeeping and financial processes: Ensure financial processes are followed, reports are accurate, and expenses are managed.
Coordinate administrative support: Manage scheduling, travel, and other administrative tasks for the management team.
Handle recruitment and HR tasks: Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and hiring processes.
Maintain inbox and email management: Ensure inboxes are managed efficiently, maintaining quick response times.
Create and manage SOPs and documentation: Maintain and update standard operating procedures and documentation for company processes.

You're Probably a Match If You Have:
CPA designation with experience in financial automation and multi-currency management.
Strong financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and project accounting skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and document management abilities.
Familiarity with HR processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to handle sensitive financial and administrative information with discretion.
