JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our fast-paced BPO operations. This role requires strong financial acumen, adaptability, and the ability to manage management level payroll computations and expense tracking with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while ensuring timely and error-free financial processing.


Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee financial operations for the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore, ensuring seamless payroll, budget management, and financial oversight across all locations.

-Develop and manage budgets for campaigns and projects across SG, MY, and PH, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial feasibility.

-Monitor and analyze the Profit & Loss (P&L) for each campaign/project, providing insights to optimize financial performance.

-Manage end-to-end payroll computations for management-level employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

-Handle payroll disputes and issue resolution with efficiency and professionalism.

-Conduct monthly appraisals and financial performance assessments to enhance forecasting and strategic planning.

-Track and analyze monthly payables, ensuring all vendor and operational payments are processed on time.

-Monitor company expenses, financial documentation, and petty cash, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

-Collaborate with HR and Operations to align financial processes with workforce changes (e.g., new hires, promotions, terminations).

-Ensure quick turnaround times for finance-related queries, payroll adjustments, and budgetary concerns.

-Assist in financial audits and regulatory compliance reporting, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to standards.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting (preferably in a BPO or high-volume industry).
- Strong knowledge of BPO payroll structures, taxation, and financial documentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work with confidential financial data with integrity.
