Figma UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced and proactive UI/UX Designer to join our team immediately and continue work on an existing SaaS Social Media Management Website. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with Figma and seamlessly picking up and enhancing an existing design framework. You will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule as long as all deadlines are met. If you do get hired, you will start with a paid trial of $150 for 2 weeks worth of work with half the workload.

Key Responsibilities:
-Continue and improve upon the existing design work in Figma.
-Collaborate with the development team to ensure design feasibility.
-Participate in regular meetings during EST hours to discuss project updates.
-Take initiative in problem-solving and provide design suggestions for improvement.
-Voice concerns and ideas openly to improve workflow and project outcomes.
-Maintain consistency in UI components and branding.

Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably working on SaaS products.
-Proficient in Figma, with a strong understanding of design systems.
-Write Spotted in Application Title so I know you read the whole thing.
-Ability to pick up and continue someone else's work seamlessly.
-Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
-Strong communication skills and the confidence to voice concerns and ideas.
-Ability to meet deadlines while working independently.

Bonus Qualifications:
Experience designing for social media management or marketing platforms.
Familiarity with front-end development principles.
Knowledge of user psychology and behavior in SaaS applications.
