JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
I am seeking an experienced Facebook & Google Ads Specialist to help grow my SaaS company and project management consulting business. This role requires someone who can do more than just run ads—you must be skilled in setting up tracking pixels, optimizing campaigns for conversions, and strategically managing ad spend to maximize ROI.

You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, increasing conversions for my software and consulting services, and running successful webinar promotion campaigns. If you have a strong track record in lead generation, retargeting, and conversion-focused advertising, I’d love to work with you!

Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Strategy & Execution: Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads to drive qualified leads, webinar sign-ups, and software subscriptions.

Pixel & Conversion Tracking Setup: Ensure proper tracking with Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters to measure and improve performance.

Lead Generation & Retargeting: Develop lead ads, conversion ads, and retargeting campaigns to nurture and convert potential customers.

Optimization & A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to maximize engagement and conversions.

Budget & ROAS Management: Allocate ad spend efficiently, analyze key metrics, and adjust campaigns for the best return on ad spend (ROAS).

Webinar Promotion Campaigns: Run targeted ad campaigns to drive registrations for webinars related to project management and business operations.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track results, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Integration & Automation: Ensure seamless CRM, email marketing, and landing page integration for smooth lead capture and follow-up.

What You Bring:
Proven experience in Facebook & Google Ads with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
Expertise in Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.
Deep knowledge of lead generation, retargeting, and conversion-based ad strategies.
Experience running ads for SaaS products and professional services is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to optimize ad spend and improve key performance metrics.
Understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with landing page optimization and ad creative best practices.
Experience with webinar promotions and lead nurturing strategies.
