Embick Roofing is a premium roofing company expanding into South Palm Beach County and North Broward
County in Florida. We focus on high-end service, value, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an experienced Facebook & Google Ads Manager to generate high-quality roofing leads and manage our $10K+ monthly ad spend as we scale aggressively in 2025.

We are aggressively scaling our marketing efforts, and this role offers growth potential into a long-term leadership position for the right candidate.

If you have proven experience managing & optimizing lead generation ad campaigns, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Nextdoor.
Execute A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, conversions).
Optimize audience targeting and segmentation for high-value homeowners.
Manage daily ad budget allocation and bid strategies.
Set up and refine retargeting campaigns for website visitors and past leads.
Provide weekly reports with performance analysis and recommendations.
Work with designers to create high-performing ad creatives.

Requirements:

3+ years experience in paid media advertising (Facebook, Google Ads, Nextdoor preferred).
Proven track record of managing & scaling $10K-$20K+ monthly ad budgets.
Strong expertise in lead generation for home services, roofing, or construction.
Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and optimizing campaigns.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
