Facebook Engagement & Community Support

Overview:

I’m looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Virtual Assistant to represent me in Facebook groups, engage in meaningful conversations, and help drive leads to my landing page. You’ll also monitor and engage on platforms like Discord and Skool to ensure our community stays active and supported.

This role requires someone who thrives on connecting with people, can follow established workflows, and consistently improves with feedback. You don’t need to be highly technical but should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT to help craft responses that reflect my voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Focus: Facebook Group Engagement (25–30 Hours/Week)
Use provided guidelines to identify and engage with posts in targeted Facebook groups.
Start and participate in meaningful conversations that build trust and interest.
Use ChatGPT to assist in crafting responses that sound authentic and professional.
Guide leads to the landing page when they express interest or need further help.
Secondary Focus: Platform Engagement (10–15 Hours/Week)
Monitor activity and engage with members on Discord and Skool once a day.
Respond to questions, spark discussions, and keep the community active.
Ensure all engagement follows the workflows and aligns with our tone and mission.

Detail-Oriented: You follow the process carefully to ensure consistency and quality in engagement.

Comfortable with Tools: You’re willing to learn and use tools like ChatGPT to streamline communication (training provided).

Work Schedule and Pay:

Hours: 30–40 hours per week.
Monday - Friday 3pm - 9pm EST to start with flexibility after a few weeks

Pay: $5–$7/hour depending on level of experience and independence, with performance-based bonuses.
