Requirements:
Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST/PDT)
Excellent spoken and written English
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Able to respond quickly during business hours
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta advertising campaigns for builders and home service businesses across North America.
We're not looking for someone who simply keeps campaigns running.
We're looking for someone who:

Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy
Develop Meta advertising strategies tailored to each client
Research competitors, audiences, and offers
Recommend hooks, messaging, and creative concepts
Build campaigns designed for long-term scalability
Campaign Management
Launch and manage campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager
Build and maintain custom audiences and lookalikes
Create retargeting campaigns
Monitor budgets and pacing
Troubleshoot delivery issues
Optimization
Review accounts daily
Test hooks, headlines, ad copy, creatives, offers, landing pages, and audiences
Identify winners and scale them
Reduce CPL while maintaining lead quality
Tracking & Analytics
Ensure proper setup of:
Meta Pixel
Conversion API
UTM tracking
Custom events
Analyze bottlenecks in the funnel
Track metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPM, cost per booked call, show rate, close rate, and ROAS
Requirements Must Have:
3+ years managing Meta advertising campaigns
Experience generating leads for local service businesses
Experience managing at least $25,000/month in ad spend
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, landing pages, attribution, and CRM integrations
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Bonus Points:
Experience marketing builders, remodelers, roofers, or other home service companies
Experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, Google Analytics, call tracking software, and AI tools
Knowing Google Ads as well is HUGE bonus please mention
