The Role:
We’re not looking for another media buyer who “knows how to boost posts.” We need a
You’ll be stepping into lead gen campaigns with modest budgets initially—but that’s just the proving ground. Bigger projects are coming, and we need someone who can scale smart and fast.
We’re handing you the wheel. If you need a map, a babysitter, or a Slack ping for every move… this ain’t it.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Building, launching, and optimizing high-performance
Handling creative angles, ad copy, targeting, retargeting, and funnel flow
Managing CPLs, lead quality, and appointment conversions
Diagnosing ad fatigue, conversion leaks, and creative drop-off fast
Delivering reports with strategic insights—not just screenshots and ad IDs
You’re a Fit If You...
Have 3+ years running lead gen campaigns on
Know Meta Ads Manager, custom audiences, retargeting, and creative testing inside-out
Move quickly, make decisions with data, and don’t need to be told what to do
Understand ad psychology, not just platfor
Communicate clearly, proactively, and without BS
Can take a $1K budget and make it work—then scale it to $10K+
Not a Fit If...
You rely on someone else to write copy, choose creative, or set strategy
You need constant feedback to move forward
You’ve never managed real lead gen campaigns
You get overwhelmed when ads stop working (because they always will)
Bonus Points If You...
Have experience with UGC-style creative or direct-response ads that convert cold traffic
Can suggest landing page tweaks or funnel improvements
Have worked with appointment-based offers (med spas, coaching, service pros)
