Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facebook Ads Expert to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our creative team, who will provide all necessary ad creatives, including graphics, videos, and ad copy.

Key Responsibilities:
-Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
-Ensure campaigns are aligned with clients' business goals and target audiences.
-Monitor ad performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to optimize for conversions.
-Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, and report on performance metrics.
-Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are effective and on-brand.
-Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad strategies.
-Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Daily Actions:
-Review and analyze ad performance metrics.
-Adjust ad bids, budgets, and targeting to optimize for conversions.
-Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
-Collaborate with the creative team to refine ad creatives as needed.
-Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to improve ad performance.
-Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in setting up and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
-Minimum of $10k/mo in ad spend managed with a focus on achieving conversions.
