Facebook Ads Competitor Research & Ad creation management

Looking for someone to handle competitor research using ad spy tools and the Facebook ad library and work with our team of videos editors and graphic designers to get ad creatives made. You will be responsible for finding ads, managing the projects and ensuring ads meet compliance guidelines. You will NOT be required to create the content, ie. edit videos or graphic design as we already have those positions.

You will be trained but you should have the following:

- strong english skills
- strong leadership skills and able to manage multiple people
- experience working with task management softwares (ie. clickup)
- experienced with social media ads at a high level.
- ability to work 9am - 6 pm est.
