FULL-TIME META & GOOGLE ADS SPECIALIST

Steady Auto Growth is hiring a full-time Meta & Google Ads Specialist to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who genuinely understands how to launch, manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across both Meta and Google.

This is not an entry-level position.

We want someone who can think strategically, analyze data, identify problems, communicate with creative teams, and continuously improve campaign performance through testing and optimization.

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple client accounts and helping businesses generate leads, appointments, and revenue through paid advertising.

Job Overview

As our Meta & Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.

You will work directly with our copywriting team, video editors, graphic designers, website team, and leadership team to improve campaign performance and create winning advertising systems.

This role requires both analytical thinking and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns

• Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns

• Monitor daily campaign performance

• Analyze key performance metrics

• Identify opportunities for improvement

• Create and oversee split tests

• Test new audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures

• Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion performance

• Work directly with copywriters to improve messaging

• Work directly with video editors and designers to improve creatives

• Work with website and funnel teams to improve conversion rates

• Provide clear feedback and direction to creative teams

• Scale winning campaigns

• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns

• Maintain organized reporting and account notes

• Stay updated on Meta and Google platform changes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads

• Experience running lead generation campaigns

• Strong understanding of campaign structure and optimization

• Experience running split tests and interpreting results

• Strong understanding of conversion tracking

• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel

• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

• Experience working with creative teams

• Strong communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable receiving direct feedback
