Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on others’ lives? We are looking for a dedicated Care Liaison to join our team and support our clients in a compassionate, relationship-based role. In this position, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our elderly clients by managing their care and ensuring the right support is in place.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee case and care management, ensuring each client receives the support they need.
Match caregivers with care recipients, ensuring compatibility for the best care experience.
Monitor the execution of care plans and adjust as needed to maintain quality care.
Work closely with both care providers and recipients to build positive, empathetic relationships.
Ideal Candidate:

Experience in BPO is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to build rapport and connect with elderly clients and caregivers empathetically.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, organized records.
Compassionate, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
Remote Work Requirements:

This position is remote and requires video communication via Google Meet during designated working hours for effective collaboration with the team.
A reliable internet connection and a PC or laptop with a minimum of RAM capacity (details requested below).
