JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a sharp static ad designer to create scroll-stopping image ads for our Facebook campaigns. Project-by-project to start, with steady long-term work for the right person. Begins with a paid trial.

WHY THIS ROLE

Your designs run as live ads for major direct-response brands, including campaigns we run through Scalers ( ---------- ), a performance marketing firm that's generated over $100M in revenue for brands like Gundry and Power Life. The winners you design stay on and keep paying you bonuses. We have steady weekly work, and the better and faster you are, the more we send you.

THE WORK

-Design static image ads for our Facebook campaigns.
-Each batch is 3 images with the same imagery and different headlines (sometimes just one image).
-Generate your visuals in Higgsfield (we provide access). Be creative and original with your prompts.
-Adapt from competitor reference ads we provide, made on-brand.
-We give you the angle and the headline copy. You bring the design.
-Clean, easy-to-read text and clear hierarchy. Deliver final files plus your editable Canva link.

WHAT YOU NEED

-Strong at Higgsfield / AI image generation with creative prompting.
-A portfolio of static ad designs (FB / DTC ads, not logos or posters).
-Sharp typography and compositing: clean product and logo placement, readable text, good contrast.
-Your own Canva account.
-Fast: deliver a batch within 24 hours. Highly responsive.

PAY

-$10 per batch (3 images, or a single image).
-$20 bonus for every image that hits $1,000 in ad spend. Winners never get turned off.
-Paid $10 trial to start.

HOW TO APPLY
