Expert Short Form IG/TikTok/YouTube Editor

Looking for someone who understands editing for social media & what performs well organically ie. testing and paying attention to hooks, hook rates, optimizing for watch time, overall pacing, and also effects, captions, color grading and sound design also, when applicable. Fast turnaround time is also important. Must also be able to take reference videos I provide and match the timing, overall feel & fast cuts. Bonus if you have experience using ClickUp or similar project management software to keep track of ongoing edit requests.

Open to hourly or monthly retainer payment, if you are good you will be more go-to editor and have work weekly for our ads and social media content. Please provide a portfolio or examples of past edits to help illustrate your understanding of what I'm looking for, thank you!
