Job Description:We are a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce brand operating on Shopify. We need a highly experienced, reliable Customer Support Agent to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily customer inquiries via
Process refunds, order cancellations, and track shipments directly in Shopify.
Resolve issues professionally regarding shipping delays, damaged items, and product questions.
Maintain our high customer satisfaction (CSAT) rating.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in eCommerce customer support.
Expert-level proficiency with Shopify (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with helpdesk tools (Gorgias, Zendesk, or Re:amaze).
Flawless written English skills with excellent grammar and tone.
High-speed, stable internet connection with a backup power/internet solution.
