Expert 3D Rendering Artist for Luxury Homes

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Rendering Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create stunning, realistic renderings of luxury homes and convert these renderings into engaging videos. Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D renderings of luxury homes with a focus on realism.
Develop detailed models, textures, lighting, and materials to enhance the visual appeal of the renderings.
Produce immersive and visually appealing video walkthroughs and animations of the rendered homes.
Collaborate with our design team to ensure the renderings meet project requirements and client expectations.
Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience in 3D rendering and architectural visualization, particularly in luxury homes.
Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender, or similar tools.
Strong skills in creating realistic textures, lighting, and materials.
Experience in video editing and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
A strong portfolio showcasing realistic 3D renderings and video projects.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience working on high-end or luxury residential projects.
Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.
