We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a proven track record in eBay UK drop-shipping. This combined role requires both product sourcing (using tools like Zik Analytics) and listing optimization (with strong photo editing/title-building skills). Key Responsibilities
1. Manual Product Listing & Optimization
Photo Optimization
Gather real/lifestyle product photos (avoid generic stock images).
Create 4-image collages that showcase product features or angles.
Rename images with keyword-focused file names.

Title Creation
Use Upgrade to see actual info or a comparable tool to find relevant keywords.
Craft 80-character eBay titles optimized for search.
Accurate eBay Descriptions
Copy supplier descriptions carefully (including relevant specs).
Format them to look appealing on eBay (e.g., bullet points).
Price Monitoring & Repricing
Maintain profitability within set margins.

2. Product Research & Sourcing
Identify eBay UK Drop shippers
Use supplier sites we provide (e.g., Argos, Costco, etc.) to locate sellers.
If no direct drop shippers, search for similar items that meet our criteria.
Criteria for Profitable Products
At least 4 sales in the past 30 days.
At least £6 profit after all fees.
Competitor Analysis with Zik Analytics
Research competitor stores for more profitable items they list.
Source Verification
Confirm the exact supplier or locate alternative suppliers for the same item.

3. Performance & Communication
Daily/Weekly Goals
Research and list a specific number of items each day/week that meet our criteria.
Reporting
Update us daily/weekly via project management tools or spreadsheets.

Qualification Criteria
Proven Experience in eBay UK Drop-shipping
Experience in scaling or working with eBay stores that do at least £20k (or $20k) in monthly sales.
Be ready to provide examples or references of stores you’ve helped reach that level.
Mastery of eBay Listing & Research Tools
Familiarity with Zik Analytics, Title Builder,
Attention to Detail
Ability to spot and correct mistakes quickly.
