Experienced eBay Dropshipping Store Manager (Minimal Supervision)

We are hiring a highly experienced eBay Dropshipping Store Manager to build, manage, and scale eBay dropshipping stores with little to no management from us. This role is not for beginners. Key Responsibilities
Build and manage eBay dropshipping stores from scratch
Perform advanced product research and select profitable, low-risk items
Create, optimize, and maintain high-quality eBay listings
Handle order fulfillment efficiently with reliable suppliers
Monitor stock levels, pricing changes, and supplier issues
Maintain excellent eBay account health
Defect rate, late shipment rate, cancellations, policy compliance
Manage customer messages, returns, and disputes professionally
Identify opportunities to scale and improve store performance
Provide clear weekly performance updates
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience managing eBay dropshipping stores (required)
Strong knowledge of eBay policies and dropshipping compliance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with product research, listing optimization, and pricing strategies
Familiarity with eBay dropshipping tools and automation software
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent written English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
