Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented WordPress designer and developer ready to become a key team member and leader within our fulfillment department.

Responsibilities:

You must have expert-level knowledge of or ability to:

Be highly responsive to the needs of the company, your team members, and our clients.
Design and develop visually appealing and functional WordPress websites.
Implement SEO best practices within WordPress.
Manage WordPress themes and plugins effectively.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
Work with tools like SEMRush, A-HREFS, RankMath and/or AIO SEO for SEO integration.
Successfully launch new websites, complete website migrations, and troubleshoot development issues.
Set up SMTP for on-site forms in Wordpress.
Complete monthly plugin updates
Fix website issues using Google Search Console recommendations and notifications.
Deliver clear recommendations, timelines, and communications with internal and external stakeholders, including executive team members.
Conduct website audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Optimize Google My Business (GMB)/Google Business Profile (GBP) and monitor website rankings.
Utilize Asana or similar project management tools (a plus).

Salary: $900 - $1250 per month

Monday to Friday, US Central Time Zone 9 AM - 6 PM
Weekends as needed
