Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Maintenance: Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to ensure the website runs smoothly and securely.

Compression Software Utilization: Efficiently use various compression tools such as WP Compress to optimize images and other media, improving site load times.

Google Webmaster Tools: Manage Google Search Console, ensuring all pages are properly indexed and addressing any indexing issues that arise.

Website Speed Performance: Continuously monitor and enhance website speed using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and other performance monitoring tools.


Email Deliverability: Ensure the successful deliverability of emails from the website, troubleshoot any issues with email services and integrating necessary plugins or services to enhance performance.

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any website-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

SEO Best Practices: Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and ranking.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of maintained websites.

Expertise in using compression tools like WP Compress and other image optimization software.

In-depth knowledge of Google Webmaster tools and experience with Google Search Console for page indexing and issue resolution.

Strong understanding of website speed performance metrics and optimization techniques.

Experience with ensuring email deliverability and troubleshooting related issues.

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other performance optimization tools and plugins.

Familiarity with content delivery networks (CDNs) and caching mechanisms.
