About Us
Orca Home Loans is an Australian mortgage broking firm dedicated to providing clear, strategy-first, and jargon-free lending solutions. We are preparing to launch a new marketing campaign specifically targeting first-home buyers in the Sydney property market, and we need an experienced web designer to help bring this campaign to life.

The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer for a one-off, short-term project. Your primary task will be to design and build several high-converting landing pages using the WIX platform.

These pages will serve as the destination for our upcoming ad campaign, so they need to be visually engaging, optimized for lead generation, and perfectly aligned with our brand's professional and approachable tone.

Scope of Work
Design & Build: Create multiple landing pages on WIX from scratch or using high-quality, customized templates.

Conversion Optimization: Ensure the layouts are designed to capture leads (e.g., clear calls-to-action, strategically placed contact forms).

Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure that all pages look great and function flawlessly on both desktop and mobile devices.

Brand Alignment: Integrate our existing logos, brand colours, and copy seamlessly into the design.

Requirements
Proven WIX Expertise: You must have a strong portfolio demonstrating previous websites or landing pages built specifically on WIX.

Design Skills: A great eye for modern, clean layout design and typography.

Direct Response Knowledge: An understanding of what makes a landing page convert visitors into leads.

Communication: Excellent written English skills and the ability to follow instructions closely.

Timeliness: Ability to complete this one-off project efficiently within the agreed-upon timeframe.
