Experienced Social Media Manager

Hi! I am looking for an experienced full time social media manager. I am egrowing Men of Action that specializes in Men's Online Networking Coaching.

This person would assist me in basic content creating, caption writing, scheduling, and helping with leads through Manychat. You need to understand and be able to develop content strategies for growth. We work as a team and we are very excited to add the right person to it.

ONLY EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS WHO CAN MEET JOB REQUIREMENTS BELOW APPLY:

Must be able to post on Instagram and TikTok manually, and schedule to hootsuite or similar platform provided
Need to be able to communicate with video editors, so they understand how to edit in alignment with our brand and suggest viral strategies to help with growth
Understands SEO on Instagram (organic) keywords, content strategies
Must know how to download a high quality video, post, and change cover
Must be able to show examples of other accounts you have managed successfully
Must be able to help with caption writing
Must be able to engage on Instagram accounts
Must be able to communicate in Slack
Must be organized and speak English well
Must have experience creating stories on Instagram and basic content
Must have Canva experience
Must be able to schedule content
Very helpful if experience with Manychat
Available these hours 7 a.m - 3 p.m PST

Please send a list of any accounts you have managed as an example, content creation samples: basic reels and posts. And any experience you have, including working with Notion, Slack, and Manychat. If you do not have Manychat, that you are willing to learn. Also confirm you can speak English fluently, and are able to have a zoom interview.

RATE: We will likely start this at part time, and move up to full. Rate depends on experience.
