Experienced Scriptwriter (Part-time)

We are looking for a highly skilled scriptwriter with proven experience in creating high-retention YouTube scripts.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands audience psychology, storytelling structure, and retention-driven pacing.

What you’ll be doing:

* Writing engaging scripts for YouTube faceless channels
* Structuring content to maximize viewer retention
* Turning ideas/briefs into compelling storytelling formats
* Working closely with the content team to improve performance

Requirements:

* Prior experience as a YouTube scriptwriter (please provide portfolio)
* Strong understanding of retention-based scripting techniques
* Ability to write clear, engaging, and structured narratives
* Experience working with faceless or growth-focused channels is a strong plus
* Consistency and ability to meet deadlines
*Strong English

Compensation:

* Part-time engagement
* Approx. $300/month for consistent workload
