JOB DESCRIPTION

Experienced Sales Executives demonstrating a track record of Closed/Complete Sales.
Create new leads by driving traffic from Social media to our Email database.
Engage with Customers through Email, Social, SMS & Phone Calls to Convert leads into Closed/Complete Sales.
Manage Sales/Customer Service emails and Social media messages/comments.
Have a clear & deep understanding of our product range.
Identify & understand customer core concerns or reservations.
Recommend appropriate products to meet the customers’ needs.
Provide clarity & certainty when answering customers’ questions.
Resolve customers’ concerns accurately maintaining a fast turnaround resolution time.
Maintain a professional & positive attitude at work.
Follow communication procedure, guidelines and policies.
Take responsibility in maintaining company spreadsheets & databases keeping them up to date each week.
Create, contribute & manage projects autonomously.
Prepare weekly & monthly sales & product reports.
Attend weekly & monthly Sales meetings & present results.

Please Note:
No Commission but strong base salary.
