Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling, with experience specifically in the real estate sector. You will reach out to potential sellers identified through our lead lists, with the goal of qualifying their motivation and interest in selling their properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential sellers using various dialers, as our company is in the process of selecting a primary dialer system.
- Effectively communicate with potential sellers to assess their motivation and qualification for selling their property.
- Maintain detailed records of calls made and outcomes, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with our real estate team to refine calling scripts and approaches based on feedback and performance.
- Participate in regular training and teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to enhance skills and stay updated on market trends.

Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling, with a preference for experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using multiple dialer systems and adaptability to learn new systems as required.
- Exceptional communication skills with C2 advanced/mastery level English proficiency.
- Access to a functioning webcam/computer camera and a working headset for clear communication with clients.
- Ability to work the mandatory hours of 3 PM to 7 PM EST.
