JOB OVERVIEW

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in NDIS administration, staff rostering, compliance, and audit preparation who can take ownership of daily operations and keep systems running smoothly. I need someone who can assist us with one of our clinics.

Do NOT apply if your experience is limited to general VA/admin work with no exposure to NDIS, rostering, compliance, or audit-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support
Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination
Assist with NDIS admin tasks including service agreements and participant records
Handle staff rostering and schedule changes
Maintain staff compliance records: Police checks, WWCC / NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid / certifications, Expiry tracking
Prepare and organize documents for NDIS audits
Update policies, procedures, and internal trackers
Assist with invoicing, data entry, and reporting
Maintain accurate records across systems

Requirements:
Experience supporting an Australian NDIS provider
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Rostering/Compliance admin/Audit preparation.NDIS operations support
Familiarity with tools such as: ShiftCare, Brevity, Lumary or other similar tool
Xero / accounting tools (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accountability
Excellent written and verbal English
Able to work independently and solve problems proactively
