AI Automation & Content Fulfillment

We are a digital marketing agency that builds, launches, and manages GoHighLevel systems for service-based businesses at scale.

Our team supports multiple client accounts using standardized, repeatable fulfillment systems. We maintain a high standard for speed, technical accuracy, communication, and quality.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel Operations Manager to lead our GHL fulfillment department, AI automation initiatives, content production, technical installations, and cross-functional team.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience managing GoHighLevel teams and client sub-accounts at scale. You must understand both the technical and operational sides of GHL, including workflows, AI agents, tracking, integrations, quality assurance, and team capacity.

Candidates must have at least three years of experience managing GoHighLevel operations and fulfillment teams. Experience using GHL without team-management responsibility will not meet this requirement.

Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel Operations and System Management
Lead the administration, optimization, and scaling of GHL agency accounts and client sub-accounts.
Manage GHL fulfillment teams supporting multiple simultaneous client launches.
Build and maintain pipelines, workflows, funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, dashboards, opportunities, and custom fields.
Deploy new client accounts using standardized snapshots and onboarding templates.
Maintain naming conventions, data hygiene, permissions, documentation, and configuration standards.
Identify platform limitations and develop realistic implementation plans.
Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, playbooks, and technical documentation.
AI Automation and Conversational AI
Build and manage AI-powered lead capture, follow-up, nurturing, appointment-setting, and reporting workflows.
Configure, train, test, and optimize GHL AI Employees.
Deploy and manage Voice AI, Chat AI, Conversation AI, SMS AI, and website chat agents.
Build knowledge bases, conversation prompts, FAQs, routing rules, escalation paths, and appointment logic.
Use Claude AI to support workflow development, prompt engineering, content production, troubleshooting, documentation, and QA.
Work with Google AI Studio and other AI platforms when required.
Evaluate AI conversations for accuracy, brand alignment, compliance, and conversion performance.
Understand when human intervention is required and design appropriate handoff procedures.
Tracking, Analytics, and Technical Implementation
Install and verify Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and related tracking tools.
Configure tracking for forms, calls, chats, calendars, purchases, and other conversion events.
Troubleshoot tags, triggers, attribution, domains, webhooks, APIs, and integrations.
Use HTML and CSS to edit landing pages, forms, funnels, emails, and tracking scripts.
Confirm tracking and attribution accuracy before every client launch.
Build dashboards that report lead sources, pipeline activity, appointments, campaign performance, and client outcomes.
Content Production and Fulfillment
Oversee email campaigns, SMS campaigns, social media content, landing pages, funnels, and marketing assets.
Use AI tools to improve content-production speed while maintaining accuracy and brand voice.
Establish content standards, review procedures, approval workflows, and production timelines.
Coordinate copywriters, designers, developers, media buyers, account managers, and automation specialists.
Compliance, Deliverability, and Quality Assurance
Manage A2P registration, messaging compliance, email authentication, deliverability, and consent requirements.
Oversee domain, DNS, sending-domain, phone-number, and email-service configurations.
Develop and enforce multi-stage QA for data, workflows, content, tracking, and AI conversations.
Conduct end-to-end testing before launch, including test leads, calls, messages, appointments, notifications, and pipeline movement.
Track defects, recurring issues, and corrective actions.
Team Leadership and Client Delivery
Lead, train, mentor, and hold the GHL fulfillment team accountable.
Assign work based on skills, capacity, deadlines, and client priorities.
Establish team KPIs and conduct daily or weekly fulfillment reviews.
Maintain project-management systems and an accurate status tracker for every account.
Manage competing priorities while keeping projects on time and within scope.
Coordinate onboarding handoffs between sales, client success, operations, and technical teams.
Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
Communicate project risks, staffing needs, and performance results to leadership.
Required Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience managing GoHighLevel teams, operations, and client fulfillment at scale.
Demonstrated experience managing numerous GHL sub-accounts simultaneously.
Five or more years of operations, project-management, or fulfillment leadership experience.
Advanced hands-on knowledge of GHL workflows, snapshots, pipelines, calendars, forms, funnels, reporting, and integrations.
Direct experience building and managing GHL AI Employees, Voice AI, Chat AI, and Conversation AI.
Strong working experience with Claude AI, including prompt development and operational use cases.
Experience with Google AI Studio or comparable AI-development platforms.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting GTM, GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel.
Experience leading remote and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing, automation, lead management, and customer journeys.
Experience with high-volume, template-based client deployments.
Strong project-management skills using Asana or a comparable platform.
Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
GoHighLevel certification.
WordPress development, plugin management, and website migration experience.
Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Make, Zapier, and n8n.
Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
Experience with Looker Studio and advanced analytics dashboards.
Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and lead generation.
Experience developing departmental KPIs, capacity plans, and profitability reports.
Experience supporting home-service businesses, particularly pool and spa companies.
