We are looking for a very experienced and excellent Full-time Staff Accountant - Treasury Coordinator, who is hard-working, motivated, and has a strong desire to grow within our organization, at a full-time (40h/week) salary position.
The Staff Accountant provides accounting support to major financial accounting areas, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Balance Sheet account reconciliations. This position works closely with the finance team and other departments across the organization to help drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily and weekly cash reporting.
• Purchase order finance tracking, reporting, recording and reconciliation.
• Assist with daily cash payment process and other treasury functions, as needed.
• Perform assigned month-end closing procedures including preparing and entering journal entries.
• Calculate and prepare one-time and recurring journal entries/accruals.
• Reconcile assigned bank accounts.
• Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain best practices and assist in standardizing processes & procedures.
• Support monthly & annual budgeting procedures.
• Assist with audits, tax returns, and bank exams, as needed.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Excellent written English and grammar.
• Advanced verbal English.
• Computer with a high-speed Internet connection and a dedicated work space required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle NetSuite or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and identify insights.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and technologies.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
• Full-time salary position (40h/week)
• US work hours (CST)
• Salary: over $2,000/month (over $11/h)
